Overall, my experience was good. I did have some traffic noise as the building was located on a main street corner, however, the location, all of my maintenance needs and the living arrangement was great.

Perfect size, safe neighborhood. I lived on the first floor. the neighborhood upstairs worked night and came home early am, like one o'clock. Took loud showers, and walked around a lot. There was a lot of cockroaches too.

Nightmare in Beverly Hills

Overall it was a nightmare, undesirable 4 months. We just had to break the lease because we spent 4 months without sleep. So did the 4 prior tenants that had to move before the end of their lease as well. The apartment was very clean, but too dark. We lived on the first floor, the ceiling has no insulation, so the tenants upstairs would walk back and forth all night. One parking spot for 2 bedroom, a very narrow and short space. All the other tenants were upset at each other over stalling. No off street parking, on Elm Dr That old building should be bulldozed and rebuilt. Landlord, and management very unprofessional kept our deposit even though we left the place sparkling clean. The neighbors were very sympathetic, they felt sorry to see people move in and move out so quickly. I wouldn t wish a situation like that on my worst enemy.
