This was an absolutely miserable living experience. The place looked beautiful when we moved in, but little did we realize that beneath the shiny patina lay problems that would plague our day to day life until we jumped ship. From mold in the ceiling, to termites which rotted away the floor, water intrusion, non-existent maintenance staff - the list goes on. All involved with RLG Properties are unprofessional and straight-up underhanded.

As truthful as a snake
Horrible! half the apartment had no electricity. the oven didn't work and leaked gas from time to time the refrigerator leaked and there was a horrible infestation of roaches! the landlord always promised to fix things but only came around to collect rent. Unfortunately we couldn't go anywhere else at the time so i was forced to pay. but he sure does know how to dress it up on open houses. Don't fall for it!!
