Amazing Miracle Mile Apartments
This is an amazing apartment complex. It has 16 units - 4 large one bedrooms and 12 large studios. The apartment manager is friendly, easy to get along with, and very responsive to any problems. The maintenance crew is incredibly friendly and quick to take care of any problem. The units themselves are perfect for one person. They have hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, separate full kitchens and full baths. Rent is extremely reasonable and you can't beat the neighborhood!

its borderline hood. your right by the bus stop off la brea an olympic so you have all walks of life walking by, although they dont bother you. Overall pretty safe. The guy at the gas station uses a leaf blower at like 11pm every night annoying if your trying to sleep. The neighbor above me waters his plants when im sleeping and plays music at weird hours of the night its not too bad i would still move into the apartment knowing that info.

The Palazzo: Nice, but noisy a few problems
The Palazzo is a luxury apartment complex near The Grove. It's a wonderful apartment, but the orange color is terrible, the apartment itself is small, and a little bit noisy... there is a surprisingly high number of high school kids and "trust fund" teenagers who are a bit disrespectful to other residents. The landlord also takes awhile to fix things, and the security guards are mostly rude.

Overall excellent. Great neighbors, great amenities, and PERFECT location! It is located across the street from the Grove. The gym has great equipment with free weekly classes. They also throw social mixers on an almost monthly basis.
